Picked up final checks and never completed the project. Doesn't answer calls and calls go directly to his mobile (when it's in service). Work was delayed multiple times. Still is not completed - over a year from start date. Steer clear of Taylor Roofing and Todd Taylor. ***As of 4-12-19 this is still not complete. Visit the better business bureau for more detailed information on the complaint. Todd Taylor will say whatever he needs to get paid. Have filed a complaint with NC insurance commission as well as Better Business Bureau for taking payment without rendering the stated service. I imagine the favorable ratings on here are BS/staged and not real customers. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of Todd Taylor and his shady business.

Todd Taylor, the owner, came to review the leaks on my roof that he did not install and he sent his supervisor, Jason, for the repairs. Both, were very courtesy and professional on the repairs. We are very happy with Taylor Roofing. They will be the ones to install my next roof. Great company. - Bill Goff

Absolute crooks! I was charged $175 to replace two shingles that did not even require a ladder. Work was being done on the house next door and the work had been arranged as a "favor". After replacing the shingles in 15 minutes, he told me that the cost was $225. I was stunned. He quickly reduced the price to $175. This is robbery. Do not use this company!

If you have hurricane damage, hail damage or just need a new roof I would highly recommend you give John Taylor a call! They're responsive, they're fair priced and they do awesome work. Most importantly I can attest that they stand behind their work! Do yourself a favor and give John a call!
