We had a great experience with TruGuard. Our rep was John Naillon and he was super helpful throughout the process. Our insurance company was involved because of possible hail damage to the roof and John made himself available for each inspection. The replacement of the roof was done within a day and they promptly cleaned up the area once complete. Additionally, I received 2 other quotes and they were the most competitive.
