From Alex to Laura and the owner Himself this is the best of the best in Charlotte NC when it comes to getting your residential roof done. They will stand by you through the difficult process of dealing with your insurance company. They have access to an engineer report just in case your insurance declines your claim. Call them and they will make it happen Thank you Laura and Alex

We had a roof replacement completed by Charlotte Pro Roofing. Working with Alex was a pleasant experience. He was very professional and kept us informed every step of the way. Was very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Charlotte Pro Roofing. Thanks Alex for going above and beyond expectations.

Vladimir and his crew did a good job installing a new roof. The aftermath of the installation was a nice lawn left behind with a brand new roof.

Charlotte Roofing came to my home and gave an unofficial verbal estimate of $600 to fix a leak in my roof, however, the written estimate received 4 days later was $1,100 to have “hip repair with two valleys.” I feel like this company was taking advantage of the situation. I say this because I had two other estimates from licensed roofers in the Charlotte area and they both stated the issue was due to a “raised shingle” due to the recent summer storms. Those two estimates were for $170 and both companies suggested due to the simplicity of the repair, I should just save the $170 and fix myself and they even explained how to do so. Having an immense aversion to heights I gladly had it repaired professionally for the $170 (with warranty).
