Plain and simple: The fairest, best price. They did the work exactly when the said they would do the work. Each contractor/worker cared about the quality of their work. They were clean and didn't make a mess. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and explained things. They offered an easy financing option which was smooth and simple to do. For future work at my home, American Dream will be the first people I call!

Recently bought a fixer upper and knew that gutter cleaning had to be addressed. Found this company on Groupon and decided to pull the trigger. Scheduling was very easy and they were able to fit me in within the week. Was given a 4 hour window of arrival and they definitely arrived in that window. My tech, Chris Johnston, called 30 minutes ahead of time to confirm he was on his way. He pointed out some areas that needed repairing and was able to quote and take care of it for us that day, as well as fix a down spout that had kept falling off. He was polite and thorough, and cleaning up behind himself. This was a very easy and pleasant process.

I used American Dream home for gutter guards and power washing. Kyle did a fantastic job!!! He was thorough and professional! There price was also fair. It was also a pleasure dealing with Olivia!

Bad managers... Went for job... Was told I was going to be one thing, by the owner, then got cursed out by another manager... Owner said he was backing the other manager... I was 4 months pregnant and they had me walking door to door in the cold, 30 degree, for hours...I told them this wasn't what I signed up for and my issues with them started... Very bad experience with public who didn't want people knocking on their door, dogs coming out to eat you, customers slamming doors and yelling at you... Some where nice.... This is the South... People don't like you coming to their doors... They took a bunch of people to a private neighborhood to knock on doors, I had to take my own personal car with a few other people in my car, who where sick, I ended up getting sick and my kids did too... They still haven't paid me for my time and they threatened to sue me when I asked for my money...
