Mary was great to work with! You could tell through the entire process she had our best interests in mind, and made sure our job was completed as quickly as possible. Mary was always very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. We are very happy with our new roof!

Jonathan responded for an estimate quickly. Once all my questions were answered and I got other estimates, I chose Roof Kings. They completed the work in a timely manor and did an impeccable cleanup job. Very pleased with the finished product (complete roof replacement). Highly recommend them for any roofing work!

There were things that were not included in my claim and they went above and beyond to get it to me so I was happy. Mary was my sales consultant and to say she was awesome would be a understatement. Disappointed. I met this company at the So. Home Show and signed up for a roof estimate/quote. Everything went wrong from there. From showing up at 9 am without ever actually calling to set up a time (which is what we asked at the trade show booth). To sending a truck with no company name and no way of knowing it was their actually employee or subcontractor. We were then pressured into submitting a claim to our insurer first which we were advised by 2 independent inspectors would result in only a 50% chance of being approved. I just wanted to install a roof and get a quote. Never received my quote! I wound up using H&S which was professional without any of these issues. Also there was confusing with several other companies called "Griffin" (another in Matthews) adding to the confusion.
