We needed new gutters . We wanted seamless ones as our piece ones leaked at every seam. I called Western Products and within two days Bradon was there to give an estimate. he said it would be a couple of weeks but I would be contacted. they actually were two days early. they did the job in short order, and they look great. It was nice they used our same downspouts as they were good, so saved us some money. I would highly recommend Western Products for anyone needing gutters. A+

Ben Warren, the salesman, was very thorough and informative. He showed us many product options and answered all of our questions. The man who did the measurements did a very good job and the windows seem to fit perfectly. We were very impressed with Jonny, the installer. He was very polite, proffessional and meticulous. He worked steadily and kept us informed through the process.

Excellent product installed by excellent people! They cleaned up after themselves. When they left there was no mess! Highly recommend!

We replaced 5 large windows consisting of a total of 15 separate panes. This included 10 casement windows. We are very satisfied with the product, and the individual that Western Products assigned for our installation, I believe his name was Mike, was very thorough, meticulous, and easy to work with. The only complaint I had was the timing of the installation vs. what the salesman quoted me. The install was approximately 2 months later than quoted. Otherwise, very happy so far.
