Fix My Roof was GREAT! Always responsive to my concerns and willing to get it right. They also have been VERY good with their follow up roof inspections. They always returned my phone calls in a timely manner as well...5 stars for sure!

Fix My Roof responded immediately to our request and took payment in two stages. After an evaluation and approval of the current materials on our roof the date was set and they showed up and did the job within two or three days. There was no muss or fuss or or inconvenience to us. After one year they came and did an inspection and found everything ship-shape. We are happy with their work and feel secure under our new roof.

Fix My Roof just called to set up their first annual inspection and their reaching out like this is emblematic of the company as a whole. They are courteous, knowledgeable, have a great product, and understand what true customer service is all about. Between the rains last summer and the snow this winter, I couldn't have been happier to have the new roof installed and not have to worry about leaks anymore.
