The elastomeric roof installed on our house did not last three years. There were ponding and intrusion issues that were caused by poor installation and poor attempts to resolve. The roof did not pass home inspection and upon attempts to communicate, customer service has been extremely poor. Requests for contact by the owner have not been fulfilled.
