The service we received from Kent Roofing was absolutely stellar. We have used them for two projects. Jonathon's (who is the owner) roofing expertise is exceptional, and he was able to solve our leaking roof issue! He spent a lot of time with me explaining the issue and his plan of action, which gave me comfort. I appreciated that he came back quickly to our property and tried again when the first attempt was not successful. I also appreciated the honesty and integrity displayed by Jonathon and his father. It is rare to find a company these days that takes pride in craftsmanship like the owners of Kent Roofing. They treated my roof as if it were their own.

Kent Roofing actually answers the phone (Karla) - first plus. Second, Karla quickly arranged to have the team come look at my skylights, several of which were leaking with heavy rain. After determining that my skylights were at the end of their life (25 years), a quote was put together, at which point Jonathan Kent (owner) came out to make sure that the 10 skylights were appropriately specified. Within a few weeks, the skylights were received and the work scheduled. Jonathan brought a large team and got all the work done in one day, in between rainstorms. Jonathan made sure everything was done properly and directly handled installing the remote controls and installing the control on our phones, as well as teaching us how to use them. I would hire Kent Roofing again for any roof work.
