I recently had my roof replaced by Maez before selling my home, and I was very impressed with the level of customer service provided. They came out to my home and explained the entire process, then walked me through exactly what I needed to do, which wasn't much at all. The replacement was completed in less than one day while I was at work, which was also very convenient. Just a couple of days before the replacement I even called Maez to ask if they could remove my swamp cooler and patch over it so that an air conditioning unit could be installed instead. You know what they told me? "No problem, we can definitely do that for you, at no extra cost"! Sure enough when I got home my swamp cooler was gone (they even took it away for me!) and the roof was patched over perfectly where it used to be. I couldn't tell that it was ever there. On the closing date for my house I was informed that there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed, and that the buyer wouldn't be able to sign until those were fixed. I called up Maez and they came out to my house that day to fix the problem. I was very impressed with that because I know they are busy fixing many roofs all over town from a recent hailstorm, and it was a huge relief to have these concerns addressed so quickly. Despite multiple visits to my house and making various changes/repairs based on last minute requests, Maez never charged me anything extra over the original estimation, and was more than happy to help me out every time. I would not hesitate to hire Maez again in the future for my needs, and neither should you.

Maez Construction did a roof for me and my brother. It came out amazing! We chose to do a metal upgrade and we are so pleased. Michael, are roofing inspector, was very professional and worked with our insurance to make sure the roof was approved. The office staff was amazing and answered all our questions. I would recommend Maez to all my friends and family.

Maez helpedme with a new roof on my house. They were on time and got the work done. They said it could take up to 2 days but finished in just one. I am really happy and they cleaned up. It looks Great. I would highly recommend them. Nice and hard working

Great customer service, they upgraded me to a metal roof from insurance plus my deductible. My roof was installed in one day and they gave me a 5 year warranty on their workmanship. Thank you Maez Construction.

I regret choosing Maez Construction to install a new roof on my home. They installed the wrong color shingles - i asked for gray and got dark brown. They had to return several times after the install to fix loose shingles, poorly sealed seams, and to clean up tar that they let drip down the side of my house (see photos). They attempted to clean up the black tar, but just smeared it into the beige stucco. They were also difficult to reach over the phone to schedule follow-up repairs and hours late to those appointments. I never received an apology or compensation (or even a hint of remorse) for the sloppy workmanship. Update (5/3/19): After posting this review, the owner contacted me, apologized, and scheduled follow-up repairs (I’m stuck with dark brown shingles). The dripping tar was cleaned up and the stains were painted over (so I removed those photos). I now have a white chimney that doesn’t match the house, but it looks ok and I plan on painting the exterior at some point anyway. They refused to correct one of the poorly sealed seams and the drip edge flashing so I’ll keep those photos up. The weirdest part was when one of the owners, Mike Ramirez, claimed I am trying to “slander and scam” the company with this review, refused to complete the repairs, and claimed I am not their client… I provided several documents to the BBB showing I am the owner of the roof and were signed by the owner of Maez Construction. Before you choose a contractor, be sure to find them on BBB first. Maez Construction recently lost their BBB accreditation and has 13 customer complaints.
