We were extremely happy with the top-notch complete re-roofing job done by RSI. We chose them over several other companies because of a neighbor's recommendation and the level of professionalism in their proposal and were not disappointed. The work and daily clean-up were meticulous. They were courteous, willing to answer questions and available quickly when we had concerns. Everyone involved were top-notch professionals. They did some minor repairs to a couple of ceiling areas damaged during the process, and did these quickly and graciously, even throwing in a little wall repair and painting that had been caused by a roof leak, not by them. First rate from start to finish.

Just got a new roof done for my parents (they are older and needed my help handling a lot of it). RSI were quick to respond and to come give me a quote. The job took place at my parents and they made it just as effortless as possible for me. Can’t tell you how mUch that one meant to me between work and life and having to travel to my parents to keep checking on the job. I basically just had to set it and forget it. From the visit of the initial estimator to the final cleanup, RSI did an excellent job on our roof replacement. Their team was professional and timely in all communications and with their work on the job site. We have used them for multiple major projects and for emergency leak repairs.
