I had a Bay and a Bow window installed by Window World about 8 or 9 years ago with Lifetime Warranty. I called them last week to have some repairs done on the window and it was taken care of promptly and efficiently. They always honor their lifetime warranty without any queries and whenever I Call they always respond quickly. I would highly recommend them.

The folks at Window World were great to deal with. I asked them to make a return visit after our doors were installed and they did so without a problem. Love our new storm doors and highly recommend Window World.

Window world by far exceeded all of my expectation with both my window and siding installation. Matt was our salesman and he was Excellent in answering all of our questions and concerns. The work was performed so neat no one can tell that we had anything done besides the fact my house looked beautiful afterwards.
