The owner is a racist liar and thief. Please save your money, time and aggravation and do not hire him. Horrible owner, Hakif Osmani, but he calls himself Sonny or Johny. He is not a licensed contractor and hires completely incompetent day laborers. He has a different type of license that he lies and pushes as a general contractor, look it up yourself on nyc office of professionals license look up.
