I give them 1 star for friendliness (if and when they either answer or return your call). I had a chimney leak and contacted them in Oct 2018. I got a fairly fast response and they had a clear plan with a reasonable estimate. I was impressed. Seven months later and multiple excuses later (ordered the wrong pipe, new pipe in but missing flashing, your on our list but don’t know when we can fix I’ll call you back, calls and voicemails unanswered many many times, you name it and there was an excuse for it) I finally gave up trying to get them to do the work. Maybe the job was too small? Maybe they just don’t know how to manage a business? I don’t care anymore. They’re fired! Now I have to start all over. Yay. Okay. I get that the pipe was custom and accepted that. But you need to communicate and answer my calls or return calls. I had no issue waiting but the last time we spoke you said all parts were in and you were checking on when your crew could install. Then silence for weeks. No call back when I left messages. So are you still planning on completing the job? Can you actually call me? You say you want your customers to be satisfied. This is you chance to prove it.

My roof was damaged due to a wind storm. I called a few roofing companies before calling A-Plus Roofing. I was really impressed with the knowledge A-Plus had, i felt like i was dealing with a roofing engineer, if there is such thing. They worked very well with my insurance company. My roof was done in a timely and profossional manner. I have had no problems with my roof, and it looks awesome. They will only use top-of-the-line materials for the best result. I would higjly recomend this company to everyone and have recomended them to family members.
