Rick and his team were always on time, professional, very polite and offered excellent advice on what needed to be done but also options on saving costs where appropriate. We had a 40 year old tile roof that was leaking; the garage was sagging from years of the weight, and the way the roof was originally done allowed dust and rats to get in. We had underlayment added, fixed structural issues, replaced all the fasciae boards which were termite eaten and decided to change the color and get new tile. Love the new roof and the house is now super cozy and much cleaner. We got 3 bids and the cost was what we expected. Would recommend any day.
