Molloy Roofing replaced a big section of our roof and installed 3 skylights. They did a very good job and were great to work with. One person in particular was quite dedicated and used very high standards while working on an area that needed special repair.

Very disappointed with this roofing company. Why? They used subcontractors for our home's roof replacement. After doing the initial work, we failed to receive any communication from Molloy about the status of the job for several weeks. In this period, I inspected the roof and found several issues that needed to be addressed. It wasn't until I contacted them to complain that they sent the subcontractors out again to finish/fix the job. Will not be recommending them to others in the future.

Our new Malloy roof looks exquisite. The experienced 2 man crew were very detail oriented. On several occasions the supervisor assigned to our project reviewed their work which was always up to par. In addition every night the crew checked the grounds for debris or nails. Once the project was completed the crew checked the grounds for debris. AND as an extra quality control service, that same day, another person came from Malloy to check the workmanship and make sure that there was no debris. Over all it was an outstanding and pleasant 5 star experience.

I called Molloy to tell them about two leaks, one in the garage and one in the kitchen. They came out within 24 hours, crawled around some impossible spaces in my attic, found the sources of the problems, went up onto the roof in the cold and rain, and installed temporary patches. Then they came back a couple of days later and installed the permanent fix. At the same time they went to my daughter's house and replaced some torn off shingles. Service was prompt, professional and better than I could have hoped for. Couldn't have asked for more.

Molloy Roofing replaced the whole roof of my house last month. I had several bits from a few roofers; and Molloy Roofing's estimated cost was the most expensive one. I initially was hesitant to use Molloy because of the high price. However, after researching the roofing costs and the involved steps, I understood that some of the important differences that set Molloy apart from other roofers were that they have had a very long, reputable history and that, instead of gun-nailed, they hand-nailed shingles, which greatly increased the labor cost. I learned of the important difference between the two kinds of nailing. I also chose to use their hourly-paid employees for higher level of accountability. I was willing to spend a bit more to have a good quality roof, which could last for a quarter of a century. The price difference would not be as significant if I looked at it from this perspective. I was very happy for my decision and the professional installation! I was particularly impressed by two of the roofers, James and Keith, for their dedication to the job. They were very efficient and thorough, and they made sure every step of the installation was carefully done and every shingle was nailed right. I was also thankful to Ted McCane's supervision and inspection, before and after the job was done. After the installation was complete, James and Keith diligently examined and surveyed the work site and picked up any debris before they left. But it was Molloy's policy to have Ted, one of Molloy's top bosses, personally come up on my roof a few days later to inspect and make sure everything the roofers had done was to his satisfation. Ted also went around my house a few times to make sure that there was no nails or debris left behind. On the top of the satisfying installation experience, all my encounters with the rest of Molloy's staff were very pleasant. I particularly appreciated Rosemary's help with my inquiries, Eric's, who used to be a roofer himself, knowledgeable and sincere answers to a lot of my questions regarding the roofing proposal. Although I never met Dave Molloy, president of Molloy Roofing, I want to take this opportunity to say, "Thank You" for his demanding of high-quality performance from his staff and employees as well as his dedicated care to his customers. I highly recommend Molloy Roofing!
