They were awesome through the entire process. Noah the salesman was honest (told me I didn't need my replaced yet, when the other two contractors that came out and give me a quote did), and got me scheduled right away so I didn't have mess when we started getting the spring rains. Gutters look fantastic and matched the house. John and the crew that came out were very courteous, took down the old gutters and cleaned everything up when they finished. I even recieved a call from the office making sure I was happy with everything. Their pricing was better than the other two contractors too. I was very happy. They will be doing my roof when I really need it in a few years. Thanks Allstate!

Recently, I had some work done on my roof by Allstate Exteriors. They did the work I asked for and fixed some nail pops that had as well. I definitely recommend them.

Noah Williams did a great job as our project manager and we appreciate his attention to our needs. While there was some confusion toward the end regarding the financial information, it was easily resolved to our satisfaction and we are very satisfied with our roof and siding.

I’ve received at least 10 cold calls from them in a little over 2 weeks. They seem to have difficulty understanding that when someone says the roof has been inspected and their services are unnecessary that they should quit calling.

Update:Allstate reached out to me shortly after posting my initial review as they realized their mistake in my appointment. Their Sales Manager Eric came out and despite our irritation with the entire situation was able to work out a fix for us that we all agreed to. Since then communication has been easier and we have the ball rolling to get the garage roof replaced by them soon. I will post a follow up review once the work is complete and I can hopefully vouch for the work they've done. I have edited my original post some to highlight the major points and remove some of the venom. Edited O.P. After calling twice in the last two weeks the second women finally set up an appointment for 9AM today/Saturday which nobody called to cancel or bothered to show up to, the office is closed and they have a full voicemail. We've had consistent communication issues over the last 1.5 years of working with them about our garage roof repair. The repair has continued to leak intermittently over this time and has been re-fixed multiple times. We are finally fed up with having paid for a service we feel we did not receive so we've been trying to reach out to them to rectify the issue for good, bringing us to the above stated communication issues.
