My Father and I were so impressed with every aspects of our getting a new roof, Josh, Joe and Mitch were so fantastic to work with throughout the whole job. The workers were extremely hard working men. The roof looks great and their clean up was magnificent. Every single piece of trash and nails are gone. I had recently suffered hail/wind damage to my roof following this past storm. This company was incredible throughout the entire process. They met with my insurance company, negotiated a few building code requirements that the insurance left off original estimate, and then delivered a beautiful roof that was started/finished in the same day. I scheduled time with Mark at M&S roofing not just one, but three times and each time he was a no-call/no-show! The first time, I had to call him to ask what happened and he explained it was a family emergency. The second time, he claimed he did not show because it was raining, when in fact it had only rained for a small period of time in the morning - still no phone call - again I had to follow up myself. I gave him a third chance to come out today and left work to meet him. No-show again, only this time he also stopped answering my calls. Very disappointed and I’m on a deadline to get this work done. Would not advise going with M&S. Very unreliable and they have no regard to your time whatsoever.

I had wind damage to my roof. I called Mark , he was at my house assessed the damage, worked with my insurance company and did an outstanding job! What I was most impressed with was that he used grace Ice and water on my home with grace synthetic felt for underpayment before the dimensional shingles were applied. I did not realize the quality of the underlayment he used until I did a bit more research. This is the Mercedes Benz of roof deck protectant! Thanks again Mark for everything!
