Gave Montenegro money to repair my roof April 24, 2014 yes almost a year now and have still not got it repaired....time to get an attorney....have heard EVERY EXCUSE under the sun..... have contacted both Jacksonville and Ohio offices to no no avail as of yet... 13 months and roof is still not fix...bathroom ceiling fell down....contacting an attorney

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I gave them a check for nearly $9000 last July and all I've gotten is shingles delivered to my house. They disconnect phone numbers constantly so they're impossible to get in touch with. They've lied to my neighbors about pulling permits for work so my neighbors who've gotten work done have no proof of a new roof if they sell their house. We had a storm that did damage to roofs in or neighborhood and they did good work on a few homes in my neighborhood so a number of other people hired them and have now gotten ripped off. Several people have filed complaints with the state attorney and I am in the process of hiring a lawyer. My insurance company is also planning on filing insurance fraud against them since they took a check from them that was made out to Montenegro and us. Stay away.
