My name i Chuck Barracato and I live in Newburgh Hts, Ohio. I was being pressured by this city to correct a curbside inspection which demanded that I replace the front porch steps. My daughter called Lance and he came out and gave us an estimate for the work. He also included an estimate to replace the back porch deck which was rotting. I told him the work had to be done by June 1. They came out and demolished the old concrete steps and hauled away the debris and tore out the rear deck and replaced the wood with treated lumber. The front steps were replaced with preformed concrete. They did the entire job in two days and the finished results are great. I would recommend this company with a ten rating out of ten. I am not his brother in law. I told Lance that i would be happy to talk to any future client.

Lance and his men did a small repair on our house. We were impressed with the work and attention to detail and went on to hire them to replace our porches. The men did a great job. They worked in thirty degree temperatures yet always came to work in a good mood anxious to started on the job. They were very professional and cleaned up after the job was done.
