Great experience, were able to get my roof approved even after the adjuster originally denied the claim. There methods are proven and true. After roof was approved they were able to build the roof and it looks great. There was an issue with one of the plants getting damaged however, they paid for the damage as they explained during such a large project some things are bound to get damaged, but they will definitely take care of it if something does. Which they did. Thanks again for all your hard work.

Did a great job, insurance approved the work thanks to a great sales team. The process takes time dealing with the insurance companies however, they explained that at the beginning. There was a small issue once job was complete, but they came back out and addressed the problem. Thank you
They came out walked me thru the process and really helped me thru all of it. Originally roof got denied by the insurance company. After ACS worked with the insurance company they were able to get the denial turned around into a full approval. Great Job. Roof was installed without a problem and looks great. Thanks again
Do not recommend. Everything started out great. They came out and put a tarp up on the side of our house where we had siding missing, worked with the insurance agent over the phone to get our claim rolling. They even came out when the insurance adjuster came and made sure nothing was missed. After hearing from the insurance company on the amount that we would receive from the claim to pay for our new roof and gutters and siding, the rep from ACS came out and discussed our options and also confirmed the work to be done and we even sent an email to the rep regarding which shingles that we selected. Weeks went by after that. Haven't heard from the rep or the company itself. After several calls into the rep, he informed me that he would find out what was going on with our project by the end of the business day. 3 weeks later and still haven't heard from him. Which leaves us with nothing out of this experience except for an insurance claim and an unsightly blue tarp still on the side of our house.
