Mastercraft installed a new roof on the house in July 2016. They did a great job and three years later the roof still looks brand new. I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof. Their bid for new gutters was in my opinion a little high so I had someone else do the gutters with gutter screens.

Tom and his crew were so nice and polite. The quotes were fair and the work was fast. We had a quote and two weeks later a new roof. He says what he feels is best for you and your home.

We engaged Mastercraft Restorations for a long overdue roof replacement. The Owner, Tom, came out himself and inspected the roof. He was responsive to our questions and took the time to go over the areas about which we had the most concern. We had two areas where our roof was leaking in our house and he knew exactly how he wanted to address that. He was very knowledgeable and personable. His workers got the job done and done well; they were incredibly hard working and they left no mess, despite the fact that we unknowingly had four roofs in certain places so there was a TON of tear off for them to do. The entire job took them 2 days. Given the size of our roof, the complexity of our issues, the number of rotting boards they had to replace, and the fun surprise of the multiple roofs, it was unexpected to have it done so quickly. His pricing was very fair and came in lower than the other 4 companies we had engaged for quotes. The quality was excellent, matching or bettering the other roofing companies, and our new roof is beautiful! Tom came out many times to inspect the progress and to check in with how we were doing. If you want someone who knows their business, will do a quality job, and who has integrity and is someone you can trust with your home- go with Mastercraft.

Mastercraft replaced our roof in April, and did a wonderful job. The roof was replaced quickly and looks great! There was also an issue with the wood around our chimney, which they came out and sealed for us at no charge. Looking forward to working with them to replace that wood in the near future.

Communicative and timely responses, friendly staff; however, they left garbage (gutter and roofing materials, including huge rusty nails) around my house and they killed a bunch of recently planted plants with careless ladder placement. I had just had a French drain installed and that contractor was able to accommodate our plants, so I fail to see how the roofing company couldn't provide the same courtesy.
