We waited several days to set up an appointment for an estimate. Based on their profile, this company was well qualified for the work we needed around the house. We have some issues, in basement waterproofing, tuck pointing and/or chimney repair, new roof, and the entire gutter system, not to mention some interior cosmetic repair due to some water damage. We all clarified these over the phone. After several days and some postponement, finally when Tony came to the sight, he did not want to give a comprehensive estimate. He would consider a partial price for part of the work. However when we mentioned that we need a refinancing from the bank in order to support our renovation, the representative told us, that he would not be even interested in the work. We just lost several days of waiting. Mind you I rather have this information sooner than later. It looks like they can afford to be picky. They must be good and expensive. This was our experience with them.
