Female who answered phone, spoke very fast and unclear. She said something about just bought Ada roofing but I couldn't understand her. I asked "what" and she, very impatiently, rattled off again. I finally said I would call another company for my estimate. At first I thought maybe poor connection but then my phone rang.....Same female rattled off something and hung up. I di not know who purchased Ada roofing but I will not be using them for my new roof......I couldn't even get an estimate.

These guys are just great. I had them replace our gutters/ downspouts in June and everything was fantastic. Thing was, we were going through a dry spell in Portland and it didn't really start to rain again until September. when it started again we noticed that the downspout was overflowing so I called them back four months later with the issue. They were so attentive and passionate about getting the job done right that they came out multiple times to fix the clogged pipe (which was clogged for years and no fault of theirs) running underneath the house. It's nice to know there's still businesses out there that'll back up the work the do and then some even months after the initial job.
