Called to have a ceiling leak addressed. Lou and his helper found the leak on the roof and made the repairs. We had to call them back out another time after a heavy rain storm and another damaged area on the roof was addressed at no additional charge. Lou is a small operation and can get busy with all his jobs but if can hang in there, he'll eventually get to you and will do his best to meet your needs.

He even installed a new toilet in each bathroom for us, and again, the price for the shower remodel and these extra services was far less than the other estimates we obtained for the shower only.
