The company deals with the insurance, scheduled my job quickly and were done before I knew it! I did pick up a nail in my car tire afterwards but that can happen no matter who does the work. They did a good job cleaning up the yard. No problems with roof this winter.

I live in Newcastle! Wanted to keep it local! Called them to schedule appointment and they completely forgot about me. No big deal called them back two weeks later, wanted to give them another chance to keep Business local. Setup another time and they apologized and set up A time for The next day at 4 pm. I was looking forward to it and at 5pm I gave up on them. STILL TO THIS DATE, NO CALL AND NO SHOW! Still waiting! I WILL NOT USE THEM OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! Why is it that hard to have good customer service? I was on the appointment “book” and never got a courtesy call to re-schedule or anything hahaha hate to say it but they won’t last much longer in business at that rate!

Chris and Todd did a good job navigating the process with me from start to finish. Both the roofing and the painting crews did good work and completed it in a timely fashion. Not everything went perfectly, but they were very responsive to my concerns and worked hard to make sure I was satisfied in the end. I would recommend them in CO for roofing or painting needs.

Todd and David have been so amazing to work with. I called them over a month ago to fix some blown off shingles and after they came out, they found lots of hail damage and recommended a new roof, rather than putting a band-aid on the problem and wasting money to repair when the same issue would keep recurring. I had many issues with insurance because of switching policies and the damages happening under a previous carrier. Todd went above and beyond what was expected and with his help, we were able to finally get insurance to cover the damage that was obvious.
