Had a great experience with Green Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling in putting on our new roof. They were very efficient and did a great job. They cleaned up as they worked, and were done in 2 days. We are very pleased with our overall experience with them. After having our roof installed, Barry and I went to our insurance Company to turn in the receipt Craig gave us on the installation and cost of our roof. While there, we asked for an review of our insurance cost. Mostly because of the new roof, our insurance cost per month was reduced about $190. Because of this reduction, the cost of our roof will be completely recovered in a little over 8 months. We were obviously very pleased. Thank you so much, Barry and Diana Clark

The only mistake we made was hiring Green Phoenix second. We initially hired another local contractor to put up an outdoor kitchen, fireplace and pergola. Unfortunately, they took us for a ride (to say the least) and put up a very unsafe pergola. There were many things wrong and we were so overwhelmed. Craig at Green Phoenix showed up and saved the day. He ended up tearing our complete structure down, which was scary, but he put it right back up. He did the tear down and build up in less than a week and we couldn't be happier or more relieved. What started out as a really awful experience turned out to be great. We had other contractors offer to "fix" what happened to us but Green Phoenix outlined what was wrong and what needed to be done (specifically) to fix it. They offered up a plan and saved the day. Honestly, I'm not sure what we would've done without their help and direction. Be careful who you hire. We trusted the original contractor and we paid for it. Do your research! I can assure you that you won't go wrong with Green Phoenix. This is an honest company who sincerely are proud of their work and treat their clients like they're supposed to be treated. Our outdoor area is simply beautiful and we can enjoy it year round. If we ever do any other projects, we won't call anyone BUT Craig at Green Phoenix. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

We recently had a roof replaced by Green Phoenix Roofing. From the first encounter at the initial inspection, Green Phoenix was thorough and professional. They helped us work through the insurance process as well. We now have a beautiful, functional roof. The laborers with Green Phoenix were the best I have ever worked with (and we have done many construction projects over the years). They were skillful, efficient, and polite. They left our property cleaner than it was when they arrived. (A trait my father always instilled in me as I was growing up). Even though they were doing a three story home in the hottest days we have ever had, they never compromised the finished product and left us with a beautiful roof. Craig was great to work with. He explained things very thoroughly to me and was very thoughtful and patient with me in my quest to find the perfect color of shingles for my new roof. He walked around my neighborhood with me to look at roofs, and even took me to Lowe’s so that I could see some different color and quality samples. When I finally decided on a color, Craig picked up samples from the company he purchases shingles from and took them up to my roof to make sure I liked them. Craig took care of every little detail I asked about and went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Everything was clean, including a power washed driveway after the roofing job was completed. I love the way my house looks with the beautiful new roof. I am very happy with Green Phoenix and I know if there’s ever a problem, Craig will make it right. I highly recommend Green Phoenix!
