The pricing, the quality of material, info of the step by step process was truly remarkable and amazing. I would like to say a huge thank you to Paul and his team. He made himself available to us 24 hours a day and he made sure his team not only built a beautiful new roof for our home, but they also completely cleaned every last nail when finished. We started collecting business cards on our front door, over a year ago. All from fine roofing contractors, I'm sure. However, we weren't quite ready for all the time, hassle and expense of a roof replacement. When the time finally came, I looked through the cards and found several from Messick Roofing. I figured if they wanted to tackle my roof =, then they could have at it. It was a mess. After Paul with Messick came by, l was cautiously optimistic. I really didn't see how in the world they were going to be able to do my entire roof including all new decking and guttering, several skylight and chimney flashing and be done in less than two days. The crew was incredibly respectful of our property, us and our pets. They completed everything (and then some) on time, UNDER BUDGET, and except for the fact that it sounded like cars were falling out of the sky (seriously, plan a day out, while having your roof replaced). It was all great! We had reason for caution, as we've been burned by contractors in the past. However, Messick restored our faith. They did a great job! I'd give 'em six stars, if I could. Messick Roofing, with Paul Wallace as the point of contact throughout the process, did an outstanding job replacing our entire roof; from the initial contact to the written estimate to the execution to the final cleanup & inspection, Paul & Messick went above & beyond at every turn. Paul worked well & closely with our insurance adjuster & property manager as necessary, communicated in detail & was highly responsive, put forth a very competitive estimate (that was also the exact final invoice), and was very easy to work with on all aspects of the process. Messick Roofing & Paul don't simply see themselves as roofers, but instead as professionals who want to be great partners throughout the process and take care of people the best they can using their roofing expertise.
