In December 2017 my husband & i purchased a home in that had been remodeled & sold by the owner of this company (it's even one of the homes in the website's gallery). The home turned out to be nothing but a disaster. He laid laminate floors without the correct padding needed underneath so within weeks the floor began to crack. When we removed it we found out he had put cardboard under the floor (so unprofessional) we had to end up replacing it with ceramic tile 5 months into purchasing the home. The plumbing was also all backed up, this repair costed us $1000 the week we moved in. The electric was wired wrong, there went another $600. Our electric bill in winter has been almost $400 both seasons so we finally brought out a duct cleaning squad only to find out the ducts are all shifted, full of sand, rusted & the home should have never passed inspection, that fix will cost us $6k to move the vents to the ceiling as well as adding insulation to the home which there is barely any there & the one that was left behind is super old. The fire place can't even be used because it is so old and smokes up the whole house yet it was left behind for us to deal with. To top it off today on 12/14/18 one year & 2 weeks after purchasing the home our fire place mantel fell off only to reveal that it had only been glued when mounted, nothing else was holding it up whatsoever but liquid nails & it is HEAVY. With this being said, be careful when you hire this company!!!!
