Very satisfied. They came out a day earlier than originally scheduled. When does that ever happen? Communication was superior, very quick responses to any of my questions. They were very efficient and friendly, and didn't leave any mess behind. I highly recommend.

I'm giving four stars only because I chose another roofer and don't know what there work would have been. This company answered quickly came out gave a free estimate and quoted a fair price for the job, the gentleman was kind and knowledgeable. The sole reason I went with another company was a $100 difference in quotes, and at the time, every penny counted. Had the circumstances been different I would have certainly chosen this company.

Big Joe's team were very friendly and professional. They cleaned up after the job and I don't even realize they were there. The estimate was reasonable and they responded to our call quickly. The crew did a good job. We recieved photos when they were done and everything looks great. We had a rubber roof installed. Everything looked great from photos we were sent after and during project. Recommended to other friends already.
