I called Apple roofing with a specific request (to access my roof with a minimum ladder height) and was told they could accommodate my request and scheduled an appointment. On the day of the appointment the rep was not equipped with the proper ladder to access my roof. Rep stated he would get the correct ladder and reschedule. We received a call stating that they could return but would have to charge us $150 because their ladder was broke and would need to add equipment to their existing equipment to access my roof. As a business your fee to acquire standard equipment should not be passed on to the consumer. I heard get reviews from the neighborhood, but unfortunately my experience wasn’t great. Wish it was better.

Honest hard working and fair. Great value for money

The company techs. repaired a porch roof leak on one of our properties in Philly on 17th St., after a few months the center part of the roof still leaks. Shawn came out two (2) times and stated what he thought problem is but has not come back to resolve. He is not returning my calls now.

We had Apple put a new downspout on our 2nd floor in 2009. Water had been spilling over our gutter for a while so I set up an appointment for them to take a look since I didn't have a tall enough extension ladder. They arrived right on time, and unclogged the downspout free of charge. I was expecting to be billed, so that was a nice surprise!

If I could rate this company six stars I would. This is one company that actually did everything that they promised, which is very hard to find these days. I would recommend Apple roofing to my family friends or anyone that needs roofing work.
