I went to the window service counter today and Eric helped me with a broken screen and I was missing a crank handle for my window. The window was about 7 or 8 years old and he informed me that it was still under warranty. I was pleasantly surprised. He was also very helpful and very informative. I would highly recommend B & L wholesale supply
