I had a new roof put on 3 years ago not by this outfit, and I had a leak in my roof so I gave them a call to check it out. They came in a couple days. I was there when they went on the roof and when the guy came down he showed me a picture he claimed he took with his phone of my roof. The picture was facing directly at "a" roof the was severely damaged and most likely 40 years old. I asked if he could send me that picture so I could sue the previous contractor and after that I never heard from them. My original roofer came out and took before and after pics of my roof which looked amazing. Don't let them scam or scare you into a new roof, if you do call this guy who is extremely unethical send him up on the roof with something to put in the photos he takes of your roof so you know its your roof.
