I had contracted for a fairly small repair and tile job in my bathroom. Very early into the repair hidden damage was found. Bob explained everything to me and after my approval he headed out for more supplies. This would happen 2 more times. He took everything in stride even though a 1.5 day job turned into almost 4 days. Bob was very professional and knowledgeable. The finished job looks better than I could have imagined. He was very careful to be sure that everything was cleaned up as they went along.
