Fantastic experience from start to finish! Found an issue with my roof at the start of a holiday weekend....I called Friday evening and they were able to send someone out the next morning (day before easter). Wyman came out to assess the damage and was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and very helpful. He guided me through the process, made sure he was there when the insurance adjuster came out, and was easily accessible to answer any questions that I had ! And the new roof looks fantastic. The job was done quick and done right!! These guys are GREAT!

Charleston Roofing was an excellent experience. My Project Manager (Wyman) was awesome to work with. Wyman guided me through the entire process with my insurance company, and provided much needed assistance. The crew was prompt, efficient, and conducted very high quality work. I would highly recommend working with this crew again.

I tried very hard to give them my business, but either they are very busy or something weird is going on. One of their employees (Jeff N.) impressed the heck out of me when he arrived and I was ready to select Charleston Roofing for my metal roof, I just needed a quote. That's where the issues began: I had to beg for quotes, despite being promised a quote the next day. Emails were not replied to, phone calls were not returned. Eventually I got a quote that was just a dollar amount with no details. Eventually I had to call the office (friendly people) to have them contact Jeff N. to call me. He promised he'd get a quote to me immediately and he apologized. You guessed it. No emails followed. I wanted to go with this company but eventually selected another company that was responsive and seemed to want my business.

Great experience with these guys. They were quick considering the weather and wind. They cleaned up so well you could not really tell they had been there. Would use them again!

Very punctual, professional, and efficient. We had a small project that was completed the same day. Highly recommend for all of your roofing needs.
