I met Butch Floyd at a Home Expo at Sun City HH in March 2019. With a new home built, I figured I was not in need of a Roofing company. Butch, then offered his expertise to come over and inspect my new roof. He provided a very detailed report that addressed both the good workmanship along with some other potential areas of concern. I was able to forward this Inspection report to my builder and get these items taken care of. Very professional and nice guy to work with.

We are so happy with our experience with Tri County Roofing.. Matthew Clark is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely hard working. He spent a considerable amount of time answering our questions. We had several areas with fascia and soffit damage too, and Matt made sure their master carpenter, Victor, made the necessary repairs. Victor did a fabulous job with the repairs, and Josh was an excellent field representative. We chose CertainTeed brand roofing system based on our past experience with this product and overall reviews. The installation crew was fabulous as they worked tirelessly to get our new roof in place before the rain hit. A few minor areas needed adjusting, and they were completed to our satisfaction in a short period of time. We did receive quotes from two other local companies, and the pricing was similar. At first it was hard to compare the quotes because they were based on different brands of shingles, warranties, etc. Once we chose the brand, it was much easier to compare apples to apples. The reason we chose Tri County Roofing was because of Matt Clark and his attention to detail. The other companies were quick to walk around the house and give us a quote. One company had absolutely no follow-through with the estimate and didn't even have the decency to return our call to answer our questions. Thank you.

Tri County Roofing has done a lot of work with our property management company and they are efficient, knowledgable, and the communication is incredible.
