We have a home on the Isle of Palms and dealing with contractors is often difficult at best. Powell Roofing was the exception and a pleasure to work with. We needed to have new skylights and pipe collars installed as well as some shingles replaced quickly because one skylight was leaking. Although we live out of town, we were able to easily coordinate everything through texts and phone calls. James came out to the house right away to give us an estimate for the work. We had several quotes and James’ price was hands down the best. Everything was professionally installed, and we didn’t have to call him once for status updates. In fact, the job was day a day ahead of schedule. After the job was completed, James sent us pictures and an overview of the work to make sure we were satisfied. Powell Roofing installed a beautiful tin roof for us yesterday. Great price and 40 yr warranty against rust. The crew worked so hard for 12 hours in the heat but seemed to love their boss. We highly recommend them.

James and his team were great to work with. We originally hired them to install hardie plank siding on an addition, and ended up calling them to also install the shingles for the roof as well. They were available to start right away, always showed up on time, and were very hard working. We'll definitely recommend them to friends/neighbors.
