5-star roofing work done on our house. First: very fair price. Second: scheduling and communication skills were excellent. They showed up exactly on the date and time that they promised; and they kept us informed during the entire job. Third: quality of work - excellent. The new roof (blue-gray color) really made our house look great, and they completely cleaned up all around the house when done. I wish that all the other contractors that I have working on my home were as conscientious as Hixon's Roofing.

May 2018 my area was hit by the storm and did hail damage to my home as well as my neighbors. I didn't know who to call, so I took a chance on Hixon Roofing. Within an hour they had returned my call and immediately came out to inspect and give an estimate. David Hixon took care of EVERYTHING!! David came back when the insurance adjuster came to also inspect. David was right, we had severe hail damage and the adjuster agreed. At that point, David took charge by contacting my insurance company... I had no worries at all. David didn't require a deposit or any money from me until job was complete and I had my insurance check in hand. I didn't think people still did business that way... because of their great customer service, getting the job done on time and excellent clean up, I highly recommended them to my neighbors and they too used Hixon's Roofing because David uses only the best materials, shingles come with 30 year warranty and Hixon's has a 10 year labor warranty... best in business. I hired him several months ago to address two issues on my roof. He did not fix one issue set all, and I looked back later to see that he also hadn't put it on the service contract. The issue he did address is fine, but you evidently have to watch him like a hawk to make sure he addresses every task.
