If I could rate their customer service at ZERO I would. They have lied to us for months and are refusing to give us our warranty information. We chose them based on word of mouth recommendations, which you can't buy. Now, we can only warn others to go somewhere else for a roof.

Days (and I'm not kidding, I mean literally days) after 'repairing' my roof, this is what I ended up with from Williams Roofing, I paid them almost $2000 for this mess! I had to pay another company to fix Williams Roofing 'repair'! What a bust!

been calling 4 weeks no one came the 3rd week tey sent mike, he told my the holes in ceiling coul be from tornando, earthquake,he must think we stupid to believe that, sent people out who spoke spanish, could not talk to them. called to speak to mike he was in a meeting will call u back, so far no word, poor service watch out, in the past i used jones no problem.

They do really great jobs on roofs
