After dealing with another company, we had 1st choice come out and do a 2nd opinion on our unit. The informed us that the unit was the incorrect size for our home, which the other company never bothered to tell us, and instead just kept trying to replace parts. Within a week, 1st choice had a new unit installed in our home that was the correct size and is working great. Won't have anyone else handle our heating and cooling work from now on. Great team to work with.

Purchased 2 units from Mike and spent over 11,000.00. One of our units has been leaking Freon since day one. Just put a new coil in the unit and spent over 1,500.00 last week... not with Mike for sure though. NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS JERK!

First Choice Contractors is a company that I would recommend to anyone. This is the first time in a long time that I have had the privilege of obtaining service from a company that actually value their customers. First I had the pleasure of speaking with Bobby, she is so awesome. Even though my home warranty not Diligent about making sure that I had heat right away, she made the difference. Instead of waiting in the cold for two days for an initial appointment that was scheduled, she made sure I got heat right away when my unit went out. When I called her about the appointment that was scheduled for me she said that she’s not gonna let me stay in the cold that long. She told me she would check on some things and call me back and within the hour she had called me back and told me Shirley we will make sure you have heat Ahead of what you were scheduled for. She said that I spoke with Marcello and we are going to take care of YOU right away. He came out, He didn’t waste any time finding the problem. He showed me what was wrong. He corrected the problem He was very meticulous in his work and I could tell that he was very experienced. They both had an awesome warm spirit.This is the first time I have ever spoken with Bobby and the first time I have ever spoken to and seen Marcello, but it won’t be the last. You both went above an beyond for me and I appreciate everything. To me you are both God sent and I hope God continue to bless you both. After a Weekend at the beach, I came home late after noon and saw that the air was out again. This happen 2 months before that and the unit is from 1995. So I Decided that it as time for a new unit. So a contacted 6 places the next morning and one company said they would called me back but that entire day no one called me back so about 3pm that day I remembered that a family member works for a company with heating and cooling so I called him, and he reminded me what company he worked for and I told him that we decided that it was time for a new air unit, so he asked for some info and told me to call his company which I did and the woman that answerd the phone was very nice and extremely helpful on the phone and hooked me up right away, and the next morning, I was in shocked that they came at 9am I was just getting out of the shower when they arrived. My wife cant stand the heat and hard to be in a very hot house, so I was really happy that they were very fast for coming to my house to do the job. The men that did the job was very knowledgeable if I had any questions about the unit or the thermostat, and did the job in a little over 2 hours. They did a great job and the house is cool again! I would defently recommend these guys especlly if you want a new unit installed. great work! 1st Choice Contactors
