Impressed. Justin came out and diagnosed the leak in our roof and was honest that a simple solution should be tried first and likely all that is necessary. He could have easily recommended something more complex and expensive and I wouldn't have known the difference - integrity. I highly recommend RoofCrafters!

RoofCrafters provided a very professional service from beginning to end. The sale Rep, Justin went up on the roof and gave a detailed inspection report and provided three cost options, (depending on the quality of the material used). Although the quoted price, even at the low cost option, was higher then some of the other companies all the other companies said there would be added cost for things like replacing damaged plywood which in my opinion would probably wind up higher then the RoofCrafters quote anyway. The RoofCrafters quote was all inclusive and I'm happy to say the price they quoted was the price I paid even though they had to replace twelve pieces of damaged plywood. So unlike many home contractors these days there were No Surprises!! The work was done on time and also very professional. Jordan the project Manager was easy to talk to and went out of his way to explain to me where there were areas where special attention needed to be done to seal joining sections. The complete roof was removed and replaced in two days just as promised. As Jordan explained, they could have done it in one day if it wasn't for the short number of hours of daylight in January. So if you'er looking for a job done very professional and without surprises I would highly recommend RoofCrafters.

Finally! After calling numerous other roofing companies and being stood up twice for appointments, Matt Pratt from RoofCrafters was called and met me at our home the same day. He identified the source of the leak above our dining room and gave us a fair quote to fix it. He also provided an overall inspection of our roof, showing us pictures of other damaged areas. We took his suggestion and decided to re-roof our home and could not be happier. Thank you for being thorough and saving us from future leaks. We highly recommend Matt and RoofCrafters to all!

Not fun having to replace a roof because of Hurricane Matthew but If it has to be done, this is the best company to do it! Professional job, very efficient, thorough clean- up.
