I have worked with a number of Contractors over the years. Monarch and their Project Manager, Kris Graham, were one of the best. I had five estimates and Monarch Roofing made it an easy choice. They set a target date that was reasonable and completed the project early. The job was exceptional and the site was left spotless. Kris was responsive and professional at every stage.

This company was hired to reroof Jasmine Lake Condos. They tore the landscaping up and left deep ruts from their equipment. They busted the sidewalk in several places. The deep ruts now fill with water when it rains and makes deep puddles. Dirt and new sod should of been brought back in. The company should respect the grounds they are working on and clean up better. In my opinion they should have not been paid until the grounds were back as they were before they came out.
