This has been a nightmare since I hired Deaville Roofing to put a new roof and gutters on my house. The gutters sag and rain comes through and even after being told it would be fixed its not. And this has been going on since November, 2013. When talking with this company I am always told that they will call me back which never happens. I called Mr. Burkhart so much about the gutters he would tell me "I'm sorry I forgot, I will get right on it" but still the gutters leak. Now the roof is leaking and Jay told me he would put me on the work schedule. Well it's been a week and after numerous calls I'm still not on the work schedule. I understand that companies get busy but this is ridiculous. If you say you're going to take care of a problem DO IT. They got paid over $8,000 for this kind of treatment. I am thoroughly fed up but I am going to get satisfaction no matter what it takes. A lawyer, News Channel 7 or what. Please stand behind your commitment to do a good job.
