I would recommend Lake Murray Construction of Columbia located in Chapin, SC to anyone that has roofing needs. Scott Butler was wonderful to work with. I am extremely pleased with their work. This is a family based company with Christian values. They excepted the low quote that the insurance company gave. I had contacted several other companies that would not except the insurance quote. I was finally given a referral from a family member that had used Lake Murray Construction. I wish I had been told about them sooner. It would have saved me a lot of time and headaches. I can't say enough good things about them. They are an exceptional company.

I noticed a few shingles missing, called Scott Butler with Lake Murray Construction. He came out quickly, and arranged for roof replacement. The crew worked diligently and were very careful not to leave any trash or nails. I would highly recommend them! The whole process was quick and painless. My new roof looks great!

I got a recommendation for Lake Murray Construction to do my roof. Dave came over and inspected the roof and told me that it would only last another year or two as it was the original roof about 15 or 16 years old. So I decided to have it replaced now. Although we tried to get the insurance to pay for it, they did not. Dave quoted me an exceptional price for architectural shingles. His crew tore the roof off completely and reshingled all in one day. They were professional, hard-working men and kept everything neat and safe. There was no damage in or out, including bushes and plants. The final cleanup was intensive and actually done twice. Even all the nails, not just in the driveway, but all around in the grass and walkways was picked up. I am extremely happy with Lake Murray Construction and not only would, but have, recommended them to neighbors.

Chapin, SC - We needed to have our roof replaced, so we called Wes at Lake Murray Construction. He came highly recommended and it's obvious he earned it. The process was smooth and easy with no hassle whatsoever. The roof was completed in a day by a skilled and very polite crew. You could barely tell they had been there by the time they were through. Wes Paris from Lake Murray Construction was a joy to work with! We live in Swansea, and he traveled all the way from Chapin to work with us on getting a new roof installed. He did all the necessary legwork to get our insurance company to inspect and approve replacing our 20 year old roof due to some recent hail damage. He was the most professional contractor I believe I've ever worked with, and is extremely kind and personable! He made this task very simple for us. All we had to do was pick out the color for the new shingles. We were able to upgrade to Architectural shingles for a small fee in addition to our deductible, so walked away with a brand new 30-year roof for about what a new roof cost me on a smaller home 30+ years ago, less than $1,500.00 out-of-pocket!!!!!
