We worked with Alex to try to get our roof repaired. He was awesome! He really went above and beyond for us. When Allstate denied our claim he took his own pictures and filed his own report for us. He fought hard to help us, but unfortunately Allstate was a horrible company to work with. When we have that money to pay out of pocket, we will definitely be calling Alex at Southern Restoration!
