Fantastic and very timely service. One day from phone call to estimate to repair. Made sure job was complete before storm coming this weekend and even did extra. Above and beyond!!!! Will be the one I call when I need a whole roof replacement in the next few years.

On Wednesday, September 26, I contacted The Roofing Guy even though I thought the job was too small for them. You see, I had 1 loose shingle that needed to be fixed in a hurry. Imagine my surprise when they said they would come out the same day. Mr. Hilliard arrived within a couple of hours. He was polite, professional and expeditious. It was a pleasant experience and their customer service was excellent. I would not hesitate to contact them again.

Rich was awesome! As a person who knows ZERO about roofs, I did my research and called multiple companies for quotes ALL of them (with the exception of The Roofing Guy) either attempted to over charge, or scare me into buying something that (for all they knew) I didn't understand. When I asked questions to Rich he was open and honest about everything. He really has the customer service there. The project only took him one day with the amazing team that he brought by, and he checked up after multiple storms to ensure that there was no issues what-so-ever. He even made a visit to ensure quality assurance - which I found awesome. Options that he gave me prior to project day were spot on! Everything that he said honestly came true. (i.e. lighter color of shingles will lower my power bill), PLUS the warranty offered is awesome! I will definitely be coming back to him for all of my roofing needs! It just looks so pretty now! :)

Quick efficient service. The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it the same day. I'm very impressed with the Roofing Guy.

I had to have my entire roof replaced due to a combination of age and weather damage. Aside from a couple of very minor hiccups (someone accidentally deleted the "before" pictures from the server before the contractor could finish the estimate report), the contractor did a fantastic job getting the estimate and materials order handled (and at a MUCH better cost than I was originally expecting), and the team that did the replacement were amazing! They showed up early (when does THAT ever happen with service folks?!), and were done in under 12 hours, and the new roof looks beautiful! Thank you, Roofing Guy!!
