We have had some problems after our roof was installed. While we were still under warranty, Custom Castles did not return our calls or come back to make repairs. 4 and 1/2 months later, I am still calling to have them come back to get things right. Very disappointing.

Custom Castles have been great to work with. JohnV does a great job keeping you informed of the process and coordination of home owner and contractors. GeorgeH did a great job with my insurance company and making sure that everything damaged by the tornado is getting repaired to their high standards.
