Decker’s crews are great. Not just good, but great. Our shower remodel was completed and followed through to a beautiful conclusion. Our compliments to Ric, Peter, Rickie and all the talented men who worked on this project. Oscar’s tile work is beautiful. He even mitered the corners of the metal trim in the shower. Crook alert...They refused to even quote a price on repairing the damage on my home due to fire damage. The reason was, me not letting them see how much money I was getting back from my insurance claim. I sent them over a complete damage report from my insurance adjuster. I asked them to tell me what they would charge to fix my home. They refused. Seems like they wanted to take all of the money. What I am getting back is none of your damn business. You could have fully worked with the insurance adjuster without getting into my personal monetary business. I am no fool..I sent you the scope of the repairs needed that were prepared by the insurance adjuster. You specifically asked me for the cost numbers. That is for you to work up on your own. You refused the work when you were denied access to my claim total..

About 6 months ago I called Decker after my roofer i used to use retired. I was a little hesitant as i have mostly used small mom and pops and I knew Decker was a big company. To my surprise the guy from the TV commercials Jamie Decker is who showed up to house. I just had a small leak so he gave me a quote and I accepted and asked when he would send someone back out? To my surprise he pulled the ladder off his truck and had it done in 30 minutes. A few weeks later I needed a ceiling fan installed on a really high ceiling and a pocket door fixed. They send a tech named Phil who was really nice and had it done in less than an hour. He also noticed the railing on my outside stairs was rusted and said he can have their painter out tomorrow. It is just awesome to have someone that does everything and not have to call 6 people for different jobs. I need new cabinets in my kitchen next year and they will be who i call. I love that a company their size the owner still takes time to meet local people.

The team at Decker did a wonderful job on my new screen porch. From the moment we called the office and spoke with the gentleman to schedule the appt until the job was done, we had a great experience. We were kept informed throughout the entire project. They also use a pretty neat software that we could track the progress, send messages and keep up with everything. We were a little taken aback by the $69 proposal fee initially but once it was explained to us it made perfect sense and was worth it. Plus, true to their word, the fee was credited back to us on our invoice. I am a true believer in you get what you pay for. Decker wasn’t the cheapest but they were worth every penny. Highly recommend.

Our bathroom remodel went flawlessly and turned out better than expected. It’s the only home improvement project we have ever had finished on time and under budget. I highly recommend them !
