I made an agreement with Chris to install a custom metal cap (for $125.00 and I paid them) to be installed on the top of my fireplace stack (on the roof) and the custom cap they had made did not fit, so they put a flat piece of metal on top and did not tell me. I called to ask about this and was told that it is fine, but I paid for a custom cap and did not get it and if I did not check behind them I would have never known they put a cheaper flat piece of metal on the top and they did not reimburse me any of the $125.00 that I paid them for the custom cap.

Replaced all rotten wood and my Blu roof looks great and comes with a written warranty. Great job
