0 STARS! 1)-Tornado hits 3/3/19 Sunday. They come out to view/estimate damage 3/8 Friday. 2)-Did not here anything for several days so i asked if they were still interested in doing the job. They said yes and the estimate would be sent to me by 3/14. 3)- Estimate was e-mailed(by Joe) to me Friday night. I seen it Sat. morning. It was dated 2/25/19 which was before the tornado hit(3/3). 4)- No insurance company is going to accept that! They missed several items we discussed during the inspection in the quote also. 5)- I brought it to their attention. 6)- **Sunday night they send me an e-mail saying and i quote: "I’m sure by now, your frustration with us is probably past the point of saving this relationship. So I will make this simple for the both of us; we are not the contractor for you. I apologize that it took me 4 days to prepare your estimate and there were a few small details left out"! "I must respectfully bow out of this job". **So...here i am for 2 weeks thinking they are going to take care of this as they said they were! Not Good Business Practice! VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED THAT WE WASTED ALL THIS TIME(HAVING A TORNADO HIT YOU IS STRESSFUL ENOUGH WITHOUT HAVING A CONTRACTOR LEAD YOU ON FOR 9 DAYS!

Excellent job done on our home! We had to have the entire roof replaced due to storm damage and leaking. They came out, gave us a fair estimate and even worked directly with our insurance company. Working with us from start to finish, even tarping our roof prior to the job to make sure there was no more leaking. All of their staff was extremely friendly and professional. Having pets I was worried about nails and debris after the job, but they checked, checked and rechecked our yard just to make sure they didn't miss a thing. If you need anything done with your roof these are your guys!
